Dried Chicory Cubes

Chicory Roots aer washing thoroughly with water is mechanically cut and sun- dried in the different size as per buyer's requirements. e:g. 13x13x13MM or 15x15x15MM. Sun drying method for drying of chicory cubes noramlly takes 3-4 days at temperatures ranging from 35 -45C.

Roasted Chicory Cubes

Roasng of chicory cubes is being done by Natural Gas Roaster at temp ranging from 100 - 145oC for upto 90 minuts. Each Batch contains 350Kg.

Roasted Chicory grains is also specially manufactured from selected roots roasted at 145-150oC in tradional Natural Gas Roaster and being ground in a heart controled grinder for beer aroma & flavour.

Roasted Chicory Powder

Chicory Powder is specially manufactured from selected roots roasted at 140 - 150oC in Natural Gas Roaster and being ground in a heat control grinder for the better aroma and flavour.

Liquid Chicory Extract

We process Liquid Chicory Extract with complete care from dried Chicory roots that are grounded and then mixed with water. Strong and characterisc taste and flavor of our Liquid Chicory Extract has made it a popular food addive across the globe.

It is also used as an ingredient in dietary supplements. Chicory Extract possesses an-inflammatory characteriscs and ability to purify the human blood.

Packing : In sound jute / LDPE bags lined with 250 gauge HDPE. Net weight 25kg to 35Kg.

HDPE bag is sealed separately & jute bag is being well stiched to avoid spillage, Each bag is being marked showing net weight, batch number and month of Manufacturing date.
